Rules Beach Resort – Development Stage 1

Rules Beach Resort is shaping up to be the jewel of the Discovery Coast as a world-class experiential glamping and caravan park set amongst 12 hectares of pristine coastal land and 300 metres of absolute beach frontage. Rules Beach is located just over one hour from Bundaberg or six hours from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

After 17 long years of red tape, John of Tareeda Properties has seen his project of Rules Beach Resort finally come into fruition with the initial stage development in 2019 of 15 beachfront lots and 2 luxurious Eco Tents delivered by Eco Structures Australia.

The next phase of the project will see a natural progression of the site into a holiday park with the expansion of 10 Glamping Eco Tents and 42 Two Bedroom Eco Cabins. Further amenities to the park include a large camp-kitchen building, two swimming pools and fire pits. There will also be a community building located at the entrance of the resort with a café and convenience store/kiosk. It is anticipated that Rules Beach Resort will be scheduled for completion by April 2023.

The beachfront Eco Tents located at Rules Beach Resort are modern-day environmentally sustainable glamping dwellings featuring lush finishes including a king bed, quality linen, ensuite bathroom and outdoor stone bathtub, kitchenette and open firepit with a grill.
