Olio Bello – Second Stage Luxury Development

Olio Bello – Second Stage Luxury Development

Located in the Margret River region, Olio Bello is a unique sustainable retreat, providing guests with an unrivalled experience by blending nature with luxury, on its award-winning certified organic olive farm. Since opening Lakeside Glamping in 2017, Olio Bello has excelled, being recognised by TripAdvisor as the Traveler’s choice in 2021 and featuring in The Weekend Australian magazine, as one of the top places to stay in Australia.

Eco Structures partnered closely with Olio Bello to design and create the second stage of the luxury development,  built against the backdrop of undulating natural landscape, abundant wildlife and more than 8000 olive trees. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the farm’s onsite Cafe Restaurant, Farm Shop, Tasting Room and proximity to world-class wineries and beaches.

We think, It’s one of the few glamping projects on an organic olive farm – anywhere in the world.

Since the opening of the initial six eco-tent bungalows, Olio Bello has increased to 16 Eco Tents, sweeping around the lakefront, including a stunning dual Tent Suite. As a result, they hope to achieve an 80 – 90% occupancy rate year-round, taking advantage of the growing glamping market. We are proud to have had a role in Olio Bello’s success, with the Eco Tents being well received by guests, who enjoy the authentic farm and luxury getaway experience.

The product flexibility and customisable features, made for a fast turnaround and beautiful designs that minimized project decision fatigue. Guests are treated to all of the benefits of all that the Margret River region has to offer, without losing any modern conveniences.
